RUN!! I moved into what I thought was a great place,after living in Baltimore City for 11 years I moved in Feb 2007 the unit was supposed to be ready it was not. The tubs were in disrepair, the kitchen counter was scratched, the washer and dryer were not operational, the kitchen floor was badly marked up and the sprinkler system heads were hanging out of the ceiling. The noise from the unit above was terrible. It sounded as though the person was excercising, running back and forth all hours of the day and night. I filed several complaints and the noise only got worse. Then I reported that someone was living and urinating under the stairs. I filed a complaint and it took maintainance 2 weeks to respond. The tubs had to be replaced as did the washer and the dryer. All of which took over 3 weeks to get completed. The rental office issued a citiation with notation to evict for .67 yes thats right .67 cents. That I forgot to add to pay for water. The rent was 1400.00 plus water and sewer 40.00 monthly then add in electric at another 200.00. thats 1640.00 per month for a 2 bdr. My unit was broke into and the property management never called me back. I even called them and left a message the same night as the break in. I had to call their corporate office in chicago in order to get a response. The security lights hardly work behind the buildings especially next to the woods. They are not reponse to keeping the security lights in the stairwells lit as well. So needless to say I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, alot of money for very little in service. One positive SEAN in the office is very professional and reponsive to residents needs but then again he is only a representative.
