Northampton Apartments

I love my apartment!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Ok...so I am only writing this because people who do not have issues rarely write reviews. I have been living at Northampton for almost 3 years and I LOVE my apartment. I live on the new side and yes it is expensive and no NOTHING is included as far as gas, water, electric and sewer but thats little to pay for what you are actually getting. I can leave my car and not worry about it not being there when I get up in the morning. I have never heard noise from any of my neighbors nor outside noise. I can take my son outside with no worries. Maint. ALWAYS comes to assist with emergencies. I HAVE NO bugs, mice, roaches or any other unwanted guests!!!! I have great closet space, washer/dryer (yet small, I bet all that complain use them!!!) Alot of people have stated the bad, but it's alot worse in other places. The office use to be a bit of a problem, but the mananger they have now is great. They even have a great new website where you can put in work orders, pay your rent and chat with the office. It's an apartment complex, point blank period. I have never had to go to the rental office and put my yelling voice on. (Except the asst. manager is a little bit of an ass, but I bypass her and go straight to the mananger) Never had any major issues except it's EXPENSIVE AS HELL!!!!
