The attitudes of the women in the rental office

Is the staff in the rental office always this unfriendly and unhelpful ' I'm having second thoughts due to some of the attitudes coming from the women in that office. Each time I call I'm made to feel as though I'm "disturbing" or "interrupting" them. Is this the norm' or did I just catch them at a bad time'

You would get this type of treatment everywhere you go, not just PG County. Although, I do agree with the way the staff treat you when you go in there or call. It seems like everyday is that time of the month with each and every one of them. That's one of the reasons I put in a maintenance request online using their website.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm for PG County in general. I have never had the misfortune for dealing with so many nasty people till I moved east. I have lived in Northampton before and I'm moving back again so once you get past the staff, you're done with them and then you just live happily ever after (sorta). Just handle your business with them and get moved in and then you (hopefully) won't have to deal with them again till you're ready to move out. Good luck!

Well the problem seems to be that they are consistently short staffed, so when you go into the office they are trying to multi task(poorly) and appear to be overwhelmed and a bit irritated. It is funny to me; however I find humor in odd things. The problem with this apartment is the flooring on the traditional side. I can hear every step, stride and hop from the residents above me and it is so annoying.

Part of the problem is personality, the other part is the ridiculous turnover. You get one person with one answer on Monday and something totally different on Tuesday. There are a couple girls who are very nice and they are usually new. I admit, I usually send my husband over with requests because they "respond" to him so well. That's sad, but very true.
