I think the customer service was horrible and unfair. The price is over rated for for what you actually get in an apertment. I would not refer any of my family or friends to live here.

I agree it's not worth the money. It doesn't help either that the women in the rental office need extensive customer service training. At least if I'm going to pay that much for an apartment I should be interacting with some helpful, cheerful, nice people that should make me feel great about my transaction.
