I lived in this complex for five years before purchasing my home in August of 2008. From August of 2003-2005, the place was wonderful in all regards. But overnight the complex seemed to change drastically. Maintenance was a joke, maintenance calls took weeks and countless phone calls before a problem was rectify. My car was broken into twice and then stolen, the office staff along with PG County Police had an "oh well" attitude. Believe me, for the cost of living there you would expect better, but again it is a case of it being a predominately --------American resident base and with that comes inferior service rendered. The office staff they seem to pull off the street, and they have absolutely no Professional Service etiquette whatsoever. Take my advice, stay away from this place if you can!
