I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. I constantly read and kept and update on the reviews before we moved in, but nothing out of the norm was ever posted until now. Let me first start off by saying that we did not see our apartment before we moved in. The week before we moved in, we called to see when we could pick up the keys, because it was a holiday week, and the movers were coming early that saturday morning and the office hours were from 10-5. One of the leasing agents agreed to meet us there at 8am, and she never showed, nor offered an apology which in turn put us two hours behind, and ultimately we ended up paying the movers for two non-working hours. The place was beautiful I thought, although the apartment that is next to us was very empty, so we ended up with a nice view of the woods! The obvious patchwork on the doors are tacky, the bedroom closet is falling off the hinges, the appliances are not up to date, the washing machine is set in a very odd manner, the tile in the kitchen is coming up, and the cabinet under the kitchen sink is falling. Appalled yet' well so am I, oh forgot to mention of few of those roaces too! I too would like to find something else, but the hassle of moving again is a pain, beside were still putting stuff away. The incentive they offer with the 20% towards purchasing your first home is ALL that were looking forward too!

That incentive is only good if you're interested in a Beazer or Ryland home. We're currently buying a new house and between the single family home in Clinton with the power lines in front, the townhome style condos with yet more power lines in front, we really have no house options within the program unless we move more than 40 miles away. I've been calling for two years trying to get a new builder added considering all the builders in the area and to no avail. I'm losing 8 YEARS worth of equity because I don't want to live with powerlines in front of my house. Good luck with the equity. Be mindful, if they don't find a builder, they can and will drop the program altogether.
