I'm not a tenant at Northampton, however I visited with hopes to become a tenant. I must say the apartments are not worth the money. I viewed both the Traditional and Classic two bedroom and did not like either. The apartment was paper-thin, walls were like paper as well. In both Traditional and Classic the kitchen floor was coming up or lose tiles were everywhere. The closet doors were off track, and even saw a mouse run across the floor in the Tradional. Now this is one of the more expensive apartments with updated materials. I just shook my head and said thanks but no thanks... The leasing agents seemed iritated that I was asking questions about the neighborhood. Then she instructed me by saying "look I'm only here on the weekends, so I don't know..." all I could say was WOW, ok. So... Think twice. Maybe, you'll get a different outcome than what I got.

Well, the asking about the neighborhood part, you're gonna get the same answer at another place-not the exact answer. You're gonna get "We do not keep crime statistics in the office and we do not guarantee your safety." If you like, check with the local police for statistics of the area.

This person is obviously exaggerating......saw a mouse run across the floor, just while visiting. The apartments are awful, but I have never seen a rodent or pest problem in any of the apartments. Everything else the writer stated was true.
