I think this is a great place to live. I like my apartment, I like the price I pay, I like the location and I like the community. However, the apartments are a little older and floor boards are loose. So if you live in an apartment with another unit above you, you will likely hear very strong floor noises throughout the day and in the middle of the night when your neighbor does something as simple as to use the restroom.
I have told the staff many times about this and they have done nothing. I even took a video of it and took it to them twice, and still nothing. They have done absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Most of the units are old so I can only imagine how many residents are going through this. Even the property manager told me that a lot of residents were complaining about the same thing, yet she does nothing about it.

No they didn't remove it. For some reason, the correct address won't post. All it needs is a simple change. Where you see the ' <---(that) is supposed to be a: ? So it needs to be: watch?v
