DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Most of the staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The idiots they call maintenance came to my apartment to replace and paint a baseboard and painted the entire wasll. Now my apartment is two toned. I received a call from the more of an idiot property manager and she validated the insanity by stating, "Oh, they gave you and accent wall." IDIOTS. Do not waste your time here if you are a professional who is looking to work with other professionals. There have also been several shootings in the 3 years I have lived here and I can hear everything from my neighbors. The walls are like paper. Not worth it!

I love reading these posts, b/c I am beginning to believe that this complex is the "ghetto" of Largo, MD. The only things that this complex has going for it is: location and the traditional floor plan. The noise from the neighbors alone is the major reason that I can not wait until my lease expires. I would rather live somewhere I know is the "hood" and pay less, instead of purportrating that b/c the complex is in Largo that it is not "ghetto". The staff in the rental office acts as if you are bothering them when you go to the office for basic things like paying your rent or putting in a work order. They just recently started answering the telephone when you called.....they would say they have been so busy and there is not enough staff. On another note, I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff. There has been some crime, but nothing too excessive. I have never seen a roach or any mice.....THANK GOD!!!
