"Apartment Living" Hah!

The "Apartment Living" review was obviously written by someone in the leasing office. I thought it was a joke when I read that review. I never once paid my rent late but even if I did, is that a reason to be treated badly'
As far as Steeplechase being in a bubble that doesn't have the same problems as all the other complexes--YEAH RIGHT! You've just been lucky. I wouldn't be suprised if the police officer that lives in the complex has his cruiser stolen. It's only a matter of time before that's the last car they haven't hit.
With noise it really matters who your neighbors are. These are newish apartments and they're wood so you're not going to get the quiet of a concrete building.
The washer and dryers are full size, a definite plus.
Parking ranges from fabulous (front door all the time) to hellish (min. 3 building walk after 5pm.) All of this depends on your building's location.
Electric bill ranged from $60 - $150 in a one bedroom.
Water bill ranged from $10 - $15.
I would have liked bigger closets.
