I am currently at resident at steeplechase. It has a horrible management office. They charge you different prices for rent, some people are receiving government discounts and others aren't. They fired the previous management trying to make the environment better but now they have management that just doesn't care. There is alot of brea-ins and car thefts. One of my neighbors complained about someone trying to break into her home and they simply told her there is nothing they can do. I have been trying to get a government discount applied to my account for 3 1/2 years now, they finally apply it but refused to refund me half of what I was overcharged. I plan on moving as well because I am sick of being lied to by management. Also none of the inside has been updated probably since it's been built. They overcharge you for a common looking apartment just because the outside looks decent. There carpet is old and tile on the floor is stained.
