The property is approaching 20 years old. Many of the appliances and fixtures are outdated. Current management seems willing to make upgrades at resident request.

Overall the neighborhood is attractive with malls nearby and metro. This is a garden style community with lots of open space, even a walking trail around the property.

Some apartments may not be worth market rate but you may find a good apartment in a great location. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
