I Just moved into the apartment. So far I like it. It is not noisy like some other apartments there are no roaches or bugs that I have seen. All of my appliances are new so I don't have any problems with that! Management has been great whenever there has been a problem they try to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. All of the neighbors are nice so that is great. So overall it is pretty good. Okay what i don't like is all of the people or the groups of people that walk around at random hours of the night. with all of the robberies that scares me. My suggestion is that if you do decide to move, make sure that you invest in renters insurance, get some kind of extra protection like a alarm if you live on the bottom floor (or any floor), and always be aware of your surroundings.
