We have a new Property Manager by the name of Grenada. Grenada is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. She is rude to all the tenants and is very hostile. I had to call the police on her because she chased me out of the rental office after I told her I was breaking the lease. I have no ideal why Aimco (the owner of the property) put in a person with a lack of customer service and very demeaning attitude. I was told that tenants weren't paying there rent on time and that was the reason she is here. Sorry Aimco if you have collectibility problems then you all need to address with the tenants that are having problems. The tenants that pay there rent on time still need good customer service from the property manager. Please do not move here, you will get a neighborhood full of robberies, break-in to cars and a lack of respect from management. I feel the reason for this is because we are predominately a minority tenant occupants. Please believe this comment.
