I've only lived here for a couple of months, but so far, no complaints that can actually be fixed noted. Anytime there were any problems/repairs, they were addressed and resolved by management/maintenance in a timely manner.

I've read here about the horrible managment....those folks must be gone as LaToya and the other young lady in the office are very professional and helpful.

I've only seen 1 bug which was 2 days after move-in which may have come from the door being open so much but then again, could be from neighbors. Either way, 1 bug, 1 time, no biggie. Keep it clean, get it sprayed every 30-60 days and it should be fine.

Noise level - this is my only problem/complaint. I have a ground floor unit which echos the sounds of every foot on every step going up in the building. If people are outside, I hear every conversation. I also hear every toilet that flushes and I know when my upstairs neighbors shower. The force of the water running through the pipes sounds like an explosion each time someone flushes a toilet. I cannot put pictures on my exterior bedroom wall as the vibrations from people walking up/down stairs would cause them to fall off the wall. It is extremly annoying when people come home late and seem to stomp up the stairs or my upstairs neighbor continually drops things on the floor...I hear every bit of it...then there are the door slammers. Unfortunately, I don't believe there is much maintenance can do to muffle the sounds of the outside which find their way in...this is after-all, apartment life.
UPDATE: Two months later...SPIDERS SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!!! OK, so only 4 in 3 days but 2 of them ended up in my bed with me! They're huge! They will spray but I have a feeling, more than spray is needed. We'll see! (or we'll move...aracnophobia!!)
