THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS THE WORSE APARTMENT TO LIVE IN IN MARYLAND. THE APARTMENTS ARE SMALL, MANAGMENT SUCKS, CRIME RATE IS EXTREMELY HIGH AND NO ONE CAN TRUST LEAVING WITHOUT COMING HOME TO A BROKEN IN APARTMENT. DOG MESS IS ALL OVER THE PLACE, NO ONE CLEANS IT UP. MY FRIEND'S APARTMENT IS A FLOOR BELOW A PERSON WHO HAS A DOG, AND THE DOG USES THE BALCONY FOR THE BATHROOM AND NOW MY FRIEND'S BALCONY SMELLS LIKE A DOG POUND!!!!!!!!!
