I have been here almost a year and the experience has been pretty okay. As far as the things that i wanted the most(space, safe quiet neighborhood) i got everything i wanted. My apartment is quite spacious i have never had a problem with safety issues(break ins, strange characters around the area, car theft) like listed in previous reviews. The only problems i have had are cosmetic. The apartments are very OLD! I pay extra each month for a renovated unit and everything still falls apart. Renovated lighting fixtures fall out of the walls frequently out of nowhere, paint has chipped around borders, shower curtain rails have fallen down out of nowhere,my brand new renovated dishwasher that was installed the same day i moved in has not worked properly since i have been here(leaks out every nite,water stays backed up after cleaning dishes)..as well as my renovated bathroom shower..every time i complain about these issues i am told that it was the contractor who did the renovations fault and given some excuse about how busy they have been or told that the necessary pieces to fix my issues have to be ordered..they will get back to me..check back with us next week it should be here..etc,etc.it has been an ongoing issue. Imagine being in the kitchen eating one day and the glass light fixture just falls out of the ceiling(this happens all the time)even after they come and fix it..i dont have kids and i live on the top floor and there are hardly any kids in my building so why are things falling apart so easily..in addition to that there is a BIGGGGGGGGGG ant problem..i am one who takes pride in keeping my home clean and tidy...and even still there is a major ant issue..i dont know if others are experiencing this but it is a big problem for me, they are EVERYWHERE!!! like i said the majority of my stay has been pretty good but these cosmetic issues that were unforseen when i moved in have been my biggest issue and the staffs lack of response to correct them. Paying over 1500 a month these apartments should be in top condition

Yea, maintenance always tells me the same thing. They are too busy for this and too busy for that. They even get mad when you make a complaint. One time the young maintenance guy was cursing and going because he said the office gave him too much to do. They are very very unprofessional!!
