In "apartment living" you will here your neighbors or noises from time to time. Steeplechase is 16 years old and is not sound proof. No apartment community is sound proof. I believe that a lot of people post negative opinions but they continue to reside there. What's wrong with that picture. Lets just be honest with ourselves and each other.

I have been a resident of Steeplechase for over three years and have had very few problems or issues. I think the opinion voiced here are just that opinions. Each persons experience is different.
I have read two reviews that talk negatively aboout the office staff. The office staff is not bad at all but when you are wrong they will let you know. We must realize that the persons who work in the leasing offices have to deal with so many different personalities and there are going to be times that we may not see eye to eye on certain issues. The persons voicing the negative opinion are not stating if the issues they had with the rental office were due to their own behavior for example not paying their rent on time and destroying their apartment or causing issues or their neighbors.

Steeplechase does not have the issues that communities in the surrounding area are going through. Steeplechase is quite and well maintained. The office staff has always been nice and courtesy to me and I have no omplaints regarding the staff. The staff at Steeplechase will go out of their way to ensure you are happy.

I have enjoyed my stay here and would recommend as a wonderful place to live. It is the best community in Largo.
