I have lived here since last fall and I can't wait for my lease to expire. I agree 100% with the other postings that the office staff are nice UNTIL you sign your lease. Then they are rude and unhelpful. I can't speak regarding the property mgr b/c she is never there on site and doesn't bother returning phone calls. Make sure you see the actual apt you are going to move into before you sign your lease or leave a deposit. The apartments are nice on the inside; however, if you have noisy neighbors you will be miserable--again, good luck getting a response from the mgmt office. They also force you to sign a long lease. Not to be overdramatic, but they suck! Unfortunately there aren't too many decent apts in the area. Go to Bowie or further in Upper Marlboro. They need to have a guard at the gate b/c all the cars follow each other in--that's something worth paying extra for. Seeing how the trash receptible is frequently overflowing, I'm glad they are away from the buildings. I would never recommend to a friend or family member to move here. Regarding parking, the non-garage spaces are cramped, meaning you will only be able to get in from one side of your car (not kidding) when people aren't taking up two spaces and forget about parking near your bldg after dark--you'll have to walk about 3 blocks to the parking garage.
