Lived here for almost a year.
I have 2 work orders that have never been completed (1 almost since I moved in).
The office staff is nice until you move in--then they are snobby, rude and unhelpful.
The gates are frequently broken and people play music riding through the parking lot as if they are the only tenat in the place.
We have loud neighbors upstairs, but mgt has done NOTHING about them.
Save your money and whereever you go, do some serious research.
Talk to potential neighbors.
