I've lived at Truman Park for almost three years and I have never encountered any of the problems that some of the other people on this website have encountered. Mgmt has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to accomodate me. There are minor problems, but that will be anywhere you live unless you buy a house. All of my work orders have been completed in a timely fashion and the staff is always friendly and eager to help me. Of course this may have something to do with the way that I treat them. I know they are not my servants and I dont expect them to wait on my hand and foot. They are an apartment community, not a concierge service. I would recommend Truman to all prospective residents. Wow! you have work orders already? The place is brand spankin' new. The quality of those apartments must suck at that community.

thats what i was going to say fuchetti, if she has work orders like that, than the complex cant be all that great. i dont want to move into a neighborhood where i have to be calling maintenance everytime i look up at a problem....no no no no no, i dont need that. if i am going to pay my money on something that will never ever be mines (apartment) than i want the best of sevice they can give to me......if you are taking my money, than i expect you to give me the best i can get.....

they have work orders because alot of people dont car about anything if they dont own it. people have left places with things to be fix, or on their last limb, thats whats happens at apartment complexes, sad to say it does new or not.

a work order can consist of broken slat on your blinds. come on people! he said work order - not "i needed a new washing machine". cut them some slack!
