I lived at Truman for two years. The property manager and office staff are very unprofessional and rude. Unlike we were told, there is no security cameras to survey the premises. My car was stolen (from the "secured" garage, and I experienced an attempted break-in. Management did not keep residents informed of the increasing crime. The gate is hardly ever secure and almost always broken. Please save your money. If you can purchase a house, please do so, the $1400 rent is not worth it.
