Where do I start' The Management staff ... completely unprofessional, awful personalities and zero customer service skills. Security ... what a joke! The gates are often broken. And while the Truman Park neighbors are hard-working, law abiding citizens the surrounding community preys on this apartment complex. Car thefts, car vandalisms, and robberies are a common occurrences. Safety is a definite issue. Please check the police reports for . And the apts are poorly constructed. Flooding is a common problem.

The only asset is the Property Maintenance team. Derrick and his staff are excellent ... very responsive and thorough.

I agree with everything except for derrick and his staff they will come into your house when you are not home for no reason at all.

All of this is absolutey true and I hope people read this before they agree to live in this expensive and really over priced apartments. The security gate gives you a sense of security but this is absolutely a false sense of security! My apartment got broken into during the Memorial wkend and the criminal used a crow bar. This could very well happen to anyone. Mangmnt was very unprofessional!
