It's nice, but pricy

We have lived here for 5 months and we like it.
The neighbors are quiet and we really enjoy the elevators since we have small children.
Although they have been out of order in our building 3 time so far.
We have had to get use to the constant sound of cars, buses, and ambulances passing by everyday since the fire house isn't too far fromt he complex.
The parking is very tight doesn't allow for much space to get in and out of your car.
Also we have a hard time getting our guest through the gate since we don't have a land line.
However our apartment is clean (no bugs thank god)has nice amenities and the complex grounds are kept nicely .
