Where do I begin... Truman Park looks good on the outside but are you willing to trade that for your safety' It's not worth it! Anyone can easily access your apartment by prying the locks open with a crow bar (it happened to me). The complex does have night security that you seldom see but most people work during the day and there is no security at that time. Robberies happpen during the day. Also the apts are poorly constructed with wood. You can hear everything that goes on outside and also above you. There are no maintenance workers living on the property for emergencies such as when the fire alarm went off at 1 o'clock in the morining for 3 hours.

I totally agree. Also, Management staff SUCKS. They're rude and stupid. The trash man rarely comes to do his dang job. The hall ways are always trashy. There are gates but openings on both sides AND people can walk right off of the jogging trail onto the property, so what's the damn point of the gates. Again, management sucks. I'm sure I'll be gone once my lease expires. . .if I can wait that long. Oh and even the mailman who comes to deliver to this neighborhood sucks. I get at least two other people's mail on a daily basis. Don't know if it's because he can't read or if he just doesn't give a damn.
