Problems with trash and stealing. Sometimes my packages are stolen from in front of my door. The hallway is not that clean. The trash bin is only one and it stays full, most of the times overflowing. So far all I see is raccoons back there.

Although it has a gate for entry, anyone can get in. All they do is wait for the gate to open and they come right in.

You have to pay for your utilities and this company goes up on your rent every year. Soon I will have to move because I can no longer afford it. For the price it sucks.
