Let me just say first that my lease ended in May of this year and it really could not have been soon enough!

1. "Gated community" - trust me, the gate is there for show only. Folks come and go as they please.

2. I can only assume there's one garbage unit there for ALL those buildings as I've never seen another. And this area stays absolutely disgusting all the time!!

3. The walkway/hallway floors are made of wood and very dirty. Anybody wearing heels can be heard from a mile away through the very thin walls and motel-room thin door.

4. Can't use your fireplace because the fire alarm goes off. They said to let it run for 15 minutes - who can stand the noise'!!

5. Did I mention the super-thin walls'

6. The garage is very dangerous because it's very narrow and doesn't leave much room for 2 cars going in opposite directions to get by.

And finally, drum roll please, YOU REALLY WANT TO STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE BEDROOMS (LOFT OR NOT) BECAUSE YOUR BEDROOM WALL SERVES AS YOUR NEIGHBOR'S LIVING ROOM WALL!

Wow! You nailed it! I took pictures of the trashbin. I am not out yet. There was a time when we could work the trash bin. Since they stopped that, the trash has been nothing but an eyesore. And you nailed the hallway too! Just loud! You had a fireplace? Wow, some people have all the luck! And what about them going up on your rent every year claiming to be keeping up with the market? They did clean the stairs in September. They paid a professional cleaning company to do it this time. But I still got my car removed when they were gonna paint the parking area! My only complaint, the people living there does not look out for each other. Never a meeting, never a complaint. Believe it or not, I do feel the people in the front office do the best they can.
