Let Me Give You the Rundown! - Let me just say first that my lease ended in May of this year and it really could not have been soon enough! 1. A car jacking every week. Your tires and rims will be stolen!!!!!!! The management does not properly vet tenants.... The gate is broken and multiple cars and mortorcyles are being stolen every week. The Management ignores the issues and continues to not inform the tenants by not letting them know

My Experiences Well in moved in NH and live about less than 6 months. First of all the staff had the worst CS ever, very rude....... I was robbed three different times and almosted raped. My apartmented flooded from the W/D all way into my room. The layout is very cute and the idea was nice.

Do not move here This apartment complex is over-rated and over priced. The projector in the theater room never works. There is only 25 guest passes for the entire complex, so they leasing manager makes money with the tow truck company. The fire alarm goes off at least 3x a week. On nice days

No problems so far I have not had any problems living at steeplechase. I love it there! I have no problems with noisy neighbors or suspicious characters roaming around. The apartment was very clean on move in day. The pool is wonderful and the residents are friendly. The grounds are beautiful!
