Halfway Decent - I lived in Hunting Oaks for 2 and a half years(04-06). I had a 1 bedroom for my first year and a half there and a 2 bedroom the last year. There were roaches in my 1 bedroom apartment kitchen area, but they did treat the apartment and the roaches became nonexistent. I never had any safety issues, my car/apartment was never broken into.
