Single Mom - I live @ the Dona in a 2bdrm with my children. It is a close quiet complex near my bus stop for work and the mall is right across the street. The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for. the units are small and historic. The units don't have central air and are cold in the winter and too hot in the summer.
