The physical apartments/grounds are ok and the noise blocking walls/ceilings are great... but the management is sub-par. It's kind-of like that feeling when you walk into a customer care office and the only one there is the teenage temp that can't really help you with anything or has to "ask the manager"... except that it's like that all the time, even WITH the manager. They just simply don't seem to care. It was a lot better back when I moved in in 1999 but has gone steadily downhill from there.

sidenote: the towing company is a little to anxious to tow.. my friend spent the night and his truck was towed from a "visitors" parking space for no apparent reason. it cost $150 to get his truck back.. guess who paid that bill' not Ashley!
