Yes, the grounds and apartments are nice and yes the maintenance people are cool, but the treatment by the management is horrible. I lived here for over a year with no problems and liked it, but when i did run into problems the mgmt. was harsh, cruel and uncaring. They overinforce some rules while turning their backs on others.
They raise the rent extremely high every year, even for "premier tenants" and make you go through hell when you decide to leave!!!
Do not move here if you are looking to invest some time in an apartment!!!
