Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
I lived their from 96-02! I loved the size of the apt, location and price. Of course within a 6 yrs period rent went up almost $400!
MANAGEMENT HAS ALWAYS SUCKED THERE! CARL IS A TOTAL ARSE! Maintenance men are great. If u want something done, they don't hoot and holler, they get it done!
PARKING SUCKS! My cars have been towed a total of 5 Times and 3 of the times they should have not been towed BUT IT WAS LIKE PULLIN TEETH with THE TOW PEOPLE WHO WERE PURE TRASH PEOPLE who live in DUMPS!
They have done some major upgrading over the years and also got rid of the LOUD and OBNOXIOUS SECTION 8 PEOPLE(NOT ALL BUT A LARGE PORTION WAS GHETTO) THERE!
Nice place to live but parking and managemnt arent at the top of the list.
