Ashley is a money racket. This place is like a pretty jail. Ohh yea the grounds look great and the staff appear to be helpful and ready to assist. But boy when you sign that lease!! Look out Jack. They got ya and they know it. First...luckily I never had to be late on my rent but if I was I was going to court on the 6th of the month. If you go past the fifth without paying your rent, your name and lease is sent to the local courts for collection!! So you end up paying a $30.00 late fee and court costs. Then there is the parking. My car was towed in a 11 month period a total of 6 times. 6!!! Once because the rental office neglected to give me a parking pass. Next because my plates expired from the state I was from and I was not aware. Then because the temp pass they gave me while I was getting my new MD plates fell from my mirror to my seat of my car overnight. Then once again when the pass expired at midnight on a Sunday and the office was not open until Monday morning. Then a friend was towed when they accidentally put an old pass up instead of a current one. The towing company sits and waits and monitors and then strikes when they know its time. The office does not care at all. Even though you are a tenant they treat you as an outsider. I pay $900 bucks a month here and my car is not there when I wake up in the morning to go off to work. It is a wrong way to do good business and it is more of a hassle than a convience. Im serious..Im a easy to get along with person and these people have crossed the line between safty and harrassment. Go ahead read the other reviews...they speak for themselves. You will be sorry if you come here. Trust us!

I wish I would have read this before i cam here. I DEFINETLY would have run in the other direction.
