I moved into Ashley Apartments in November of last Year. I love the place and hate to leave but I can not afford the rent of 1170 on my own for a 2 bedroom. I had a few issues with maintence.. but any where you go you will have those issues.. But they are fairly quick at fixing your issues.

B/c of the wildlife near the complex your biggest threat is nature. If you don't like chipmunks, birds, and insects then stay way.

Basically if you pay your rent on time you have no issues. They have renters appreciation day and gatherings where they make you feel good to live there, with free food and all. It's expensive but if you can afford the rent it's well worth it.. It's roomy in the apartments and very safe.
