OVERALL Ashley is a good place to live. Most eople have vaild complaints, but remember that is their experience. My car was towed once but management took care of getting it back "at no charge". It's all in how you apporach them and YOUR professionalism towards them. Maintenance fixes my issues on the first go around most of the time and if not they always come back to finish. My living room is colder than the rest of the apartment but its not unbareable. The neighbors are great. The only reason that I am moving is I now need a third bedroom.
