In the winter time it's going to be COLD. I repeat COLD. I got a space heater and covered the windows and it's still COLD. Lots of space in the apartment. Stuff get's fixed quick. The public transportation is horrible. You have to catch a small Ride-On to get to Metrobus, and even then Metrobus takes a while to get to the Greenbelt or New Carrolton Metro stops. Metrobus doesn't run to the area on the weekends, so have a car or you're stuck. The Location is superb. You're right behind a grocery store, Kohl's, Target, Gas Station, Bank, a lot of fast food places. The Balt/Wash parkway is close, so is Route 1. If you have a car and can stand the cold, it's nice. If you have neighbors that play music loud, you'll hear it. I've always had a parking space, but I live close to the leasing office. Coming from out of town and you have a job in DC' Don't let them fool you, you WILL need a car, it's not that close without one.
