We've lived here for about 7 months now. Initially, we were very happy living here, albeit with cockroaches(but that comes with city life). We never hear our neighbors. A month or so in there was a wind storm that knocked a temporary parking tag off our car. Of course, that was the night that they decided to tow. Just a fair warning, you do not want to see where they tow your car! The management office did give us a permanent sticker(after much begging) but we were still out $100. This past winter we lost heat twice(pipes broke) and water twice(apparently for repairs). Our heater blower also caught fire. They don't offer any compensation for the amount of time we've been without water or heat and they give little if any warning. Also, they are remodeling every apartment and are therefore going to come in to our apartment for 2 weeks straight to do work. They want to put in plumbing and electrical fixtures in for a washer and dryer and plan on tearing apart the entire apartment(while you continue to live in it) to do this. They will only put the machines in if you want them to(and are willing to pay $60/month) but are still going to do the work regardless.
If I had to do it over, I wouldn't live here. Our apartment is huge and nice, but the service from the office is ridiculous. Maybe if it didn't cost so much to live here it wouldn't be so bad. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
