i've been here for 9 months. i absolutely love my apartment. great big balcony windows...first floor...washer & dryer...and utilities paid! not to mention, its right beside walmart! yes, it does get cold in the winter...actually, my apartment gets hot during the day and cold at night, but i've come to the conclusion that its from the great balcony windows in the living room. gotta take the good with the bad. the lease office staff have been wonderful to me. nice, polite, helpful...and have gotten maintenance over here pretty quick when i've needed them. and there's always been parking available. right now they're redoing the outside of the buildings in my area, and the workers are piling their 'stuff' in the only 5 visitor spaces we have. they are taking up 3 of them so that is my only complaint at this time. oh, and the workers also drove their truck thru the grass outside my porch and left huge ruts that are now filled with water and mud for my 1 yr old to go play in...those are my complaints. besides that, its a good place if you want to invest that kind of money in an apartment. (but you can pay a mortgage for less than my rent)
