okay 1st off, the management team is the worst I have ever dealt with... They are nothing but a bunch of lying, unprofessional, rude indiviuals at Ashley apartments. The application process was the worst experience I ever had. It took over 3 weeks to get an answer from them about an apartment I applied for!!! I had to call them everyday and NEVER once did someone return my call!! Eric is the worst yet. He is very inprofessional and boy, can he lie!!!! I called this fool numerous times to check on my app and I was being given the run around and then finally after 3 weeks of calling, I got a response....of course I had to call them!!!!!! Oh and then later when asked can I see the model I will be moving into, I find out that they gave my apartment away and wanted to give me a smaller apartment that cost more...... Come the f*ck on!!!!!! I call the idiot erik to get my deposit back and he tells me to come get it. I come on my day off and the fool is playing games, talking about he can't find my check'''''' To make matters worse he had the nerve to be conducting his personal business (his real estate business) on the phone while acting like he was looking for my check..... And had a long line of ppl waiting on him!! VERY INCONSIDERATE!!! Then after he cant find the check he tells me that I had 72 hrs to cancel my application and if I didn't then I lose my deposit!! I put a deposit down on 1 apartment, you gave my apartment away and now you telling me I cant get my check back, that you claim is lost!!!!

So as you can see, I thank GOD as well as Ashley apartments for showing me how incappable they are in handeling business!!!! I never signed that lease, and you damn right they never got that deposit money they claim they lost....Although ironically 2 days after I left the office, I see on my account that they cashed the application check that I wrote over a month ago, and sent in with my deposit check!!!!! $35 is all they will be getting from me and they're lucky I let them cash that check! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
