MAINTANANCE DISASTER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   First off the application process was a little drawn out. The office staff is very very nice, but it seems as if they are getting nothing done. During the walk through of the apartment we noticed a big hole in the ceiling closet that was leaking water from it. They tell me to put a drip pan under it. MY DRIP PAN. Well 3 weeks later they come out to try to fix the leak... 3 weeks after mold growth, they "fix" the problem and patch up the hole. After 4 days of fixing the problem, the ceiling gets wet again. I decide to look at the problem myself. THEY DUCT TAPED the leaking pipe. After 2 months of being in the apartment, The leak is finally "fixed". I still do not have access to my tarace, First a broken lock, now a broken door. A key was not given to me for the door, once the door was open, only half of the door was there. They ordered it, 7 weeks ago. DO NOT COME HERE if your looking for a HOME.
