i cant believe that there are so many complainers in ashley apts. in my building my only complaint is the parking i do have to take a long hike if i get home after 7 or 8:00pm. ive been here since 5/06. ive gotten ashleys voicemail twice since moving here. ive lived in 3 complexes in maryland and they all have had lazy maintenance issues. the maintenance people here come within a few days which is pretty prompt from what im used to. what i cant understand is that the main people complaining have been living here for years and havent moved yet' what are you waiting on'..oh and to whomever said that they had to pay water seperate no the f you dont, at least not anymore if u did. i love it if only i didnt have to deal with the manager in the rental office she is as ghetto as they come and doesnt seem to really care about the residents. i dont see the teens or kids outside of the building standing around as claimed but i do see people walking their dogs or going to the basketball court or ready to go swimming(whenever it opens). Overall its the best apartment ive been in. they could chillax on the rent though :)

This person must only stay in their apartment and don't get out much or must live in one of the bldgs. that are new. This place is a hell hole. Drug dealers, viscious dog attacks, no heat in the winter, no air in the summer, overfilled dumpsters, and lazy staff. Dog poop, crack bags, and trash ...makes you wonder where this person use to live

The samethings everyone is complaining about is everywhere because the state is forcing all the section 8 people into the counties
