Basicall all the bad things said in earlier posts is true. My apartment is also infested with roaches. They have come twice to spray the cabinets but it did not help. Also there is a mouse i see in my kitchen every now and then. My biggest complaint is that I am in the military and just got orders to get deployed. I am leaving the apartments on the 12th of april and they are making me pay for the whole month of April eventhough I am turing my keys in on the 12th.
Other problems I've had:
We had a leak in our closet and it took the a few weeks to come fix the leak. They stopped the leak but it has been three months and they never fixed the hole in our closet ceiling.
When we first moved in, in August we noticed there were no screens in the windows. I went to the office and requested screens several times. It is now April and we still don't have screens.
Rent is too high.
I am just happy that I am getting out of this lease. I actually rather be on deployment than live at Ashley.
The only up side of this place is the apartments are big and the landscape is kept pretty clean. All utilities are included.

I lived with squirrels in my walls for months and nothing was done until I got an attorney!
