If you want to be cold in the winter, hot in the summer, have filty carpet, not phone or cable, have your rent lost, and nothing repaired move here. Will be posting more pictures.

do you have a section 8 voucher? if so you should be good to go, because that is what they are renting to...

they have so many section 8 tenants here iit is ridiculous...so go figure on the credit check or a high credit score to get in....

This is nothing but the truth. They have the nerve to act as if you have to make 50,000.00 a year and have great credit but most of the folks that live here are section 8 and don't let them fool you into thinking anything else. You pay $1500.00 to live here they pay $65.00.

OH MISS FAITHFULL U R SOOOOOOOOOO FULL OF IT!!!!! U DONT HAVE A LIFE ASHLEY APARTMENTS R THE BEST THE BEST I SAY PLACE TO LIVE. I HAVE REVIEWED YOUR COMMENTS, AND THEY DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME I'M SURE OTHERS WILL AGREE. U SOUND VERY BITTER IF THERE IS SECTION 8 RES HERE SO WHAT. Ms. lady...U seem like you are nasty....I have never moved to a community that has dirty carpet. I am looking at the pics that you have posted and if that is your balcony or patio...U...U...U... are nasty! I agree with the others that has responded to you. If it is that bad where you live, why are you still living there? You just sound like a bitter person that is trying to get back at that community. I am about to submit an application and I find it to be a very nice place to live. I took the time to drive around the community, tour the apartment that I am moving into and I have spoken with some if people that lives there. All seems to be well! I think you are just some nut that needs to find another place to live. That's what I would do if I was that unhappy. The next apartment you apply for, make sure that you do your research before you sign your lease. Ok!

I never mentioned section 8. Didn't know they were there until I read someone else's post. So to the Anonymous post, all the negative about the place it not me, or the pictures. Learn how to read post and how the site works before judging.

You need a high credit score only if you are not Section 8, ironic isn't it? One has to be up to par or have excellent credit while someone with government subsidy can walk in, bad habits, behavior and all and live right next to you.
