I would not recommend this property to a dog. The office staff does not respond to issues that need to be addressed nor do they follow thru on the rules & regulations to ensure its tenants safety. Not to even mention the dog attacks that take place on the property. They will smile in your face upon leasing an apartment and tell you all this good stuff about it but renter beware! Let me tell the truth. For the money you pay to rent here it is not worth it. Dreyfuss who manages the property does not respond to the many complaints of tenants. Instead they throw it back on the "I don't care" crew in the office. People move out of here left and right. Some whose leases end. Others who get fed up and just leave like a bandit in the middle of the night. One other note after the first year, you rent will increase between $135.00-$150.00 per month. Dog breed restrictions are not followed, feel free to bring your PITBULL here. The Property manager nor the company managing the property can respond to any of these postings because they are all truthful. The one positive response...the integrity and morals of that person is questionable. I'm sure after 1 year of living here...their tune will change!

I totally agree and I also felt the last postive review was written by the owners, the staff, or a friend of one of the two.

Pitbulls are not the problem, out of the top 10 dogs to turn and attack you pitbull is # 4 or 5 any dog that gets loose could bite and hurt someone, so no point is singling out a specific breed secondly in the lease it says there are breed restrictions, but those restrictions arent listed. So get off the dog attacks you should be lucky the complex isnt over ran with mice, roaches, drug dealers and theifs so count your blessing

I think it's real funny how so many people who don't have any business other than to peep in people's window's and mind grown folk's business like when you pay your bill's they put something on it knowing good and well Ashley Apartment's is LIKE THAT all the way around the board for those of you who forget your still here or were or question wether to come here.Whoever HOT CLOWN run and go tell everything you know if you were so scared what ever physically happened to you NOTHING! I personally come from the Hood and this place is like a Library 24-7 epecially as much as you HOT HIDER"S call about what you think you know!As for being BREED SPECIFIC it is unconstitutional to deny a man a right to his property or livestock wannabe policeofficer's and they say a dog is the reflection of it's owner that being said to each hi or her own as long as no children are injured by any tyype of pet your talking out your exhaust!ASHLEY HATER'S read the Bible seek GOD however you do it, just stop sneek peeking in people LIFE windows or APARTMENT windows before your eye get's poked on a branch or twig or something YOU KNOW WHO IT IS!!!!!!!
