I just moved from Ashley Apartments about 3 days ago and I lived there for a year an didn't have any problems. I lived in a upgraded 2 bedroom with wash and dryer. I never had roaches, spider every now and then, but thats to expect living next to woods. Maintence always responded to my calls with in a couple of days and I never really had any problems with the office staff. I do agree with one review about the rent increase, the rent increase is very high compared to other apartments I've lived in. The rent is a litle pricey, but you have to think, you don't pay any utilities except for phone and cable (but these are expenses you choose to have). If you are thinking about renting here, I would say go and see if for yourself and talk with some of the people who live around there (thats what I did). I can't speak for everyone experience at the apartmetn complex, but don't always go off the reviews.

I just recently moved from an upgraded two bedroom and I lived there for a little over a year. I hated it from day one. I tried to hang in there and wait for things to get better but it never did. Most of my maintenance call were not addressed. The ones that were take care happened only after repeated calls and emails. Trust the reviews.
