So far so good. I moved in back in October of 2007 from a pure hell hole and this place is 100times better then the other. (SUMMERLYN PLACE FOR REFERANCE FORMALLY MILESONE MANOR) I got more then I expected when I got the keys to view my new place to walk in and find A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER THAT WORKED IN MY HALLWAY! I about fell over on the floor. THATS A GOOD THING! The staff in the office is great. They REALLY work...If you have a problem they come right out THAT DAY! I still have a few patches in my walls though im waiting to get painted over, no biggy really I kinda just want to put my house back together for hosting a get together. But everything else has been great! I dont hear 20million damn radio stations blasting at 10PM and 20million smells of different nasty ass food people will eat, the view is nice-woods. Really it is. QUIET! Lets hope that it stays that way.
Parking can be kinda off at times but thats everyware pretty much. And with the rising cost of BGE this place is great! Too bad they dont have 3 bedrooms but I guess that would make more people cram into a apartment and make things kinda off.
So far so good! Keep up the good work. ;-)

Maybe because of where you come from your standards are low, but the staff there is terrible. I do agree the place is like a bomb shelter. Once you close your door you hear nothing.
