There are some uncontrollable children who run around the apartment grounds peaking into people's apartments. The leasing office will send letters to tenants warning them of rules and policies but when it comes to the unscrupulous, sailor-mouthed, ill-mannered children no one does anything. They run around like roaches and are loud. The workmanship for repairs are shotty and you have to make more than one call for them to repair something correctly. The older neighbors are annoying, and they only tow certain people. I've been towed yet witnessed white or military people violate parking and their cars is still there in the morning. There are no roaches, mice or rats, but some neighbors are rude. Crazy people run around knocking on doors at different times, there are no secured entrances which is annoying. The spacing is good, but if you want to feel comfortable outside your place you won't. Between the crazy children, random Jehovah Witnesses and the persons who befriend people and bring them from PG County with loud cars, you have to consider the trade off. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
