I moved into the Ashley's Dec. '06 and for the first month I had no heat. There were a lot of lil things wrong with the apt. For starters, I shouldn't have moved in when I wasn't moving into the apt that I had viewed. The fuse box door was falling off, there were missing and broken blinds, my toilet had a lean to it,the stove would stop working in the middle of me cooking. My bathroomwas so small i could sit ont the toilet and reach one hand in the sink have the other in the tub and have my legs outside the bathroom door. I called the emergency line and nothing seemed to be an emergency. I called maintainance when my stove stopped the 1st time and the rep said that wasn't an emergency. I called maintenance because there was no hot water and the rep said that isn't an emergency, which in most complexes is an emergency. I had squirrels in my ceiling and they never fixed that. Oh yeah and the customer service wasn't to bad except from the woman who was incharge of rent payments. She was rude and nasty most of the time. One time, I paid my rent ontime and she posted a notice that said I didn't pay my rent yet on my door open so the neighbors could read it. I went to the office to confront her and she wasn't there but I spoke with the property manager and told her what was going on. The next day the woman who posted the notice called to apologize because she was wrong! The only good thing about the Ashleys is the the utilities were included in the rent other then that if you can afford to pay the utilities look elsewhere to live.

WoW. I thought I was the only person whose rent they claim to have lost. Definitely run the other way. Run to Foxfire Apts.
