I've been residing at Ashley for some time now and all I can say is it's one of the most quiet laid back place's first off in Laurel hand's down for the most part everyone is laid back on there own style UNTIL we get to the HOT tenant's who wantto seek other people's business rather than seek God like it's not the END TIME'S.These Nosey people are the same one's who continually disrespect the whole blessing of having a place so quiet any ethnicity can do ok in with children as well.True bill Nosieness is a disease that should be quarantined due to possible contamination of people who have kid's to raise goals to achieve places to go people to meet as some here if not most are great unless you just need to be up in someone's face ,but we need to do a census first on the same Tattletale's who peep in window's ,sterotype real innocent people wich in most case's mean's you are racist!I personally come from the hood and this is the quietest place 24-7 all the time little youngone's growing up everywhere and though it's not right messing with car's here and there is a harh reality,but everyone complaining about people, music, dog's, whatever, are more than likely still here or were and the NOSEY people who are so scared keep the police around here on stupidstuff!Management is what it is you have how many apartment's around here and most people think they only have minor or major maintenance issue's Why the hell didn't you buy a house so you can snitch about what you don't know on yourself instead of fabricating DOG issue's and crying about kid's.YOU HOT PEOPLE NEED TO LIVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND STAY OUT OF OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVELIHOOD'S! Ashley is the most open familyoriented like management like atmosphere I've ever dealt with so if you ask my opinion ASHLEY IS LIKE THAT! Still around too!!!

I do agree.....Most of the people that are complaining are the ones that can't have it their way or the ones that just don't want to pay their damn rent on time.

First of all, this post really makes no sense. Read the posts of the people who can read and write English. To answer the first question, no it is not hard to get in but I would not move there if I were you. And anonymous, I and other people I know paid/pay rent on time if not early every month and still received horrible service. The place was decent but is going downhill fast. It can be nice again, but in my opinion it is mismanaged.

All I'm sayin is that since the "property manager" started posting on here there has been a TON of positive reviews and people willing to fight to defend these apartments... a little much? are all of the staff getting on their computers at home? seems like it to me. By the way, this post makes absolutely no sEnse, I have no idea what point you were trying to get across... I agree with faythfl.... and recoilmutt makes absolutely no sEnse either. sEEEEnse. not "since" hun. I don't understand ignorance, sorry.
